New Forbes400 List/ Data privacy
America celebrated another year of richness. According Forbes “The aggregate net worth of the richest 400 Americans was $2.29 trillion, up $270 billion from a year ago. It took a minimum net worth of $1.55 billion to make The Forbes 400, $250 million more than in 2013.” They say Age is just a number but among the first ten richest people in America there is no one that is less than 58 years. Although the likes of Mark Zuckerberg, Dustin Moskovitz and Elizabeth Holmes are among the 400 richest American one thing that is clear, is that you can only be on the Forbes list at your late twenties, so if you wanna be on the list you have to wait until you reach at least 30. The list will always be dominated by the old people because the rich get richer while the poor get poorer. We have seen about 20 new faces in the list. The technology sector still dominated the list with the likes of Bill Gate, Larry Ellison, Mark Zuckerberg, Dustin Moskovitz, Brian Acton, Evan Williams and so on.

Ello’s founder told BBC that they are getting about 31,000 request in an hour a site they only created it to be used by only 90 users in the beginning but they now it is turning into thousands user, who knows how many users they will get by next year. Last week Mike Butcher Editor at Techcrunch and Cofounder of Techhub twitter a link to his Ello profile which a sign that the site is gaining members from Technology experts.
Web inventor Sir Tim Berners-Lee believes that data privacy is important and despite the fact we all hate advert but “nobody has ever made a significant move away from any internet provider because of advertising or data.“
